1. Default state
No analytics cookie is set before consent. The Google Analytics 4 script does not load until you turn analytics on through the consent control in the footer.
2. What is set
The current inventory:
- Consent choice: local storage key, records your analytics choice, persistent until cleared, set by this site.
- Google Analytics 4: _ga and _ga_* cookies, measurement, up to 24 months, set by Google, only after consent.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: form spam protection, session, set by Cloudflare.
- Chat choice: local storage key pf-chat-choice, records only whether you started the chat (yes or no) and when, kept for up to 12 months, set by this site.
- LeadConnector chat widget: chat session cookie and browser storage that carry your conversation between pages, set by HighLevel, only after you start the chat.
- Supabase auth: admin session only, set on /admin, not set for visitors.
3. Chat
Perry, our AI assistant, runs on a chat widget from our CRM provider, HighLevel. The chat button on each page is ours: it makes no request to HighLevel and stores nothing. The widget loads only when you press Start chat after reading the chat notice.
Starting the chat saves a chat cookie and browser storage so your conversation follows you between pages, and we store your yes choice so the chat reopens on later pages without asking again. The conversation is recorded and stored by HighLevel.
The Chat setting in the cookie preferences panel shows your choice. Turning it off removes the chat, its script, and every cookie and storage key it wrote on this device. The chat choice is separate from the analytics and preference categories, and it is not sale, sharing, or advertising consent, so a Global Privacy Control signal does not block a chat you start.
4. Advertising
There are no advertising or retargeting pixels at launch. If any are added, this page and the consent control are updated before they load.
5. Controls
Change your choice any time in the footer consent control. Browser settings can block or clear cookies, and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.
