Terms of Use
Last updated September 25, 2026. Version history
In plain language
This site is for US businesses looking at commercial financing. It is not for consumers and not for personal borrowing.
Practition Finance is an independent business financing referral service, not a lender, and it charges you nothing.
Everything on the site is general information. Funding partners set their own terms under their own agreements.
1. Acceptance
Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
We may change these terms. The last-updated stamp at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and every change is listed at /legal/changes.
2. What Practition Finance is and is not
Practition Finance is an independent business financing referral service. We are not a bank, lender, direct funder, or investor, and we do not make credit decisions.
We do not make credit decisions. Funding partners underwrite and decide.
Program names on this site describe categories the market uses. They are not Practition products.
3. Who may use the site
The site is for business purposes only, for US-based businesses, and for people 18 and over.
By submitting a request you represent that you have authority to act for the business and that the information you enter is accurate.
4. No fees to you
You pay us nothing. Funding partners pay us a referral fee on funded or activated referred accounts.
5. Consent
Submitting a form creates a consent record, described on our Privacy page, that we retain for 5 years and may use to demonstrate consent.
6. No outcome commitments
Nothing on this site is a commitment that financing is available to any business, on any terms, in any timeframe.
Amounts, terms, and timelines described here are estimates from the market, not an offer of credit.
7. Figures and tools
Figures carry a source and an as-of date. Calculators are illustrative and depend entirely on the inputs you enter. See /legal/calculators and /legal/figures-and-sources.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
The content, layout, and marks on this site belong to their owners. You may quote a passage with attribution and a link. See /legal/copyright.
9. Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, use the site to collect data about others, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to submit forms.
10. Funding partners are separate parties
Funding partners and partner brokers contract with you directly under their own agreements. We are not a party to those agreements and do not control their terms, decisions, or timelines.
11. Assistant, email, and messaging
Perry is an automated assistant. Perry answers general questions as best it can, but its answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, so confirm anything specific to your practice with the funding partner. When you ask to be matched with a funding partner, Perry takes your details so our team can review your request. Perry does not book appointments or callbacks, recommend a program, or discuss terms. If you're asking about becoming a funding partner, Perry takes your details and passes your inquiry to our team. Perry does not accept patient names, records, or any protected health information, and asks that it be removed before the conversation continues.
SMS terms are at /legal/sms-terms and communications consent is at /legal/communications-consent. Both are part of these terms by reference.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.
13. Limitation of liability and indemnification
To the extent the law allows, Practition Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
You agree to indemnify Practition Finance against claims arising from your use of the site or from information you submit.
14. Governing law, arbitration, and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any dispute arising from the site or these terms is resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. The seat of arbitration is South Dakota, the arbitrator may award the same remedies a court could, and the award is enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either side may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitrating it.
Disputes are resolved one at a time. Neither side may bring or join a class, collective, or representative action, in arbitration or in court.
15. Severability, entire agreement, and contact
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, with the pages referenced in them, are the entire agreement about the site.
