How we get paid, how costs are presented, and what a funding request is

What Practition Finance is

Practition Finance is an independent business financing referral service. We are not a bank, lender, direct funder, or investor, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund transactions, quote rates or terms, compare or rank offers, or negotiate for your practice. We publish financing information for US healthcare practices and healthcare businesses, dental, medical, veterinary, and aesthetic practices, therapy and behavioral health providers, home health and hospice agencies, medical staffing firms, DME suppliers, labs and imaging centers, pharmacies, and surgery centers, and we refer inquiries to our funding partners, one or more of whom may contact you, who are direct funders and brokers. Each partner is the licensed partner of record for anything it offers you and communicates every offer, rate, term, and state disclosure to you directly. Funding partners pay us a referral fee on funded or activated referred accounts. You pay us nothing: no origination, arrangement, consulting, or advance fees. A referral does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

Program availability

Program availability varies by state. Merchant cash advance and other revenue-based financing structures are not offered to businesses in Texas, Virginia, and Connecticut.

Lead generation only states

In California and Missouri, Practition Finance does not broker, arrange, or negotiate financing. In those states we operate solely as a lead generation service: we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, and those partners, not Practition Finance, contact you, take your application, and arrange any financing.

States we do not serve

Practition Finance does not currently offer services to businesses in North Dakota.

How we are compensated

In most states, funding partners pay us a referral fee after a referred account is funded or activated. In California and Missouri we are paid a fixed fee per transferred inquiry, whether or not you are funded. You pay us nothing either way. You are told the total cost, the payment, and the term of any offer in writing by the funding partner before you commit.

Affiliate and referral relationships

We hold referral agreements with the funding partners we introduce you to. When a funding partner we referred you to funds or activates your account, that partner pays us a referral fee. Referral fee amounts vary by program and by partner, so a program that pays us more is never presented as a better fit than one that pays us less. Partner selection runs on fit and performance for your practice. You are shown every option that fits your request, including options that pay us nothing.

Outbound links

Links to lender sites, government resources, and industry data are provided for reference. We do not earn a commission on a click, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

Cost presentation

Some programs are priced with an interest rate and others with a factor rate. Where a factor rate applies, we present the total dollars repaid so you can compare options on the same basis.

Credit inquiries

Submitting a funding request does not require a hard credit pull. A specific lender discloses its requirements and obtains authorization before pulling credit.

Not an offer of credit

Nothing published here is an offer of credit. Program availability can vary by state and by funding source.

AI assistance on calls, texts, and chat

Perry is an automated assistant. Perry answers general questions as best it can, but its answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice, so confirm anything specific to your practice with the funding partner. When you ask to be matched with a funding partner, Perry takes your details so our team can review your request. Perry does not book appointments or callbacks, recommend a program, or discuss terms. If you're asking about becoming a funding partner, Perry takes your details and passes your inquiry to our team. Perry does not accept patient names, records, or any protected health information, and asks that it be removed before the conversation continues. Perry identifies herself as an AI assistant at the start of every interaction. No AI approves, declines, prices, or underwrites anything, and no AI can authorize a credit pull. A human reviews every request before it reaches a funding source.

What information we collect and why

We collect what you give us: business name, business type, state, time in business, revenue band, amount requested, use of funds, your name, email, phone, and any notes you add, plus text message consent if you grant it. We use it to match programs to your situation, to reach you about your request, and to introduce you to funding sources you approve. In most states we share what you give us with funding partners so they can evaluate your request, and those partners pay us a referral fee on funded or activated referred accounts. In California and Missouri we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, whether or not you are funded. Both are a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and comparable state laws, and you can opt out using the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer. We never share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. We serve healthcare businesses, not patients. Do not send patient names, records, or any protected health information. Practition Finance is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, and anything you send us is handled as business information under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep records on three tiers: opt-out and do-not-contact status for at least 10 years from the opt-out date, consent documentation for 5 years from the record date, and the general lead record on its own window. Every category, including CRM contacts and conversations and cookie choices, is published on the Privacy page under How long we keep it.

Requesting deletion or a correction

Email contact@practitionfinance.com with the subject line DELETE MY DATA or CORRECT MY DATA, or call +1 833-605-4900 and ask Perry to take a message for our team. Include the phone number, email address, or business name on the record, and tell us whether you want full deletion, removal of recordings and transcripts only, or a specific correction. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete the request within 45 days, and we tell you if anything must be retained for a legal obligation. Requests are free, and making one never changes the options you are shown. Deleting your record does not automatically withdraw information a funding source already received directly from you, so contact that funding source as well.

Free guides, tools, and calculators

Our guides, tools, calculators, and checklists are educational information about healthcare practice financing. They are not an offer to lend, a commitment to fund, or a rate or term quote. All figures and timelines are illustrative, and actual terms are set solely by the funding partner after underwriting. Downloading or using a free resource does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship with Practition Finance.

Related businesses

Practition Finance, Manufactor Finance, and Foody Finance are brands of JayBen, LLC. TactStack, a website and CRM services business, shares that common ownership. We earn revenue from those businesses directly. None is ever a condition of a funding introduction, and declining any of them changes nothing about the funding options you are shown.
