Privacy Rights and Data Requests

Last updated September 11, 2026. Version history

In plain language

Send a request and we verify who you are before acting on it.

Authorized agents can act for you with written permission.

If we decline, you can appeal.

1. What you can request

Access to the information we hold, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, and an opt-out of sale or sharing. The opt-out has its own page at /legal/do-not-sell.

2. How to send one

Write to contact@practitionfinance.com with the request, the email address or phone number you used, and the state you operate in. The tracking page at /request-status shows where a request stands.

3. Verification

We verify identity using information already in our records. We may ask for one more matching detail. We never ask for a government ID or a financial account number to verify a privacy request.

4. Timing

We respond as required by applicable law, and we tell you if we need the extension the law allows.

5. Authorized agents

An agent may act for you with written permission, and we may contact you to confirm it.

6. Appeals

If we decline a request and your state provides an appeal, reply to our decision or write to contact@practitionfinance.com with the word appeal in the subject. We respond within the period your state's law sets.

Disclosures effective September 25, 2026, version 7.
