In every other state we operate in, an inquiry is referred to funding partners, who contact you about financing.
Nothing is ever shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In California and Missouri, Practition Finance transfers your inquiry to an independent partner for a fixed fee when you ask to be contacted. Under those states' privacy laws that transfer is a sale.
2. What we share
Everywhere else we operate, your inquiry is referred to funding partners so they can contact you about financing. That referral is the service you asked for.
3. What we never do
We never share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and there are no advertising pixels on this site.
4. How to opt out
Use the form at /do-not-sell, which is also the Do Not Sell or Share link in the footer of every page.
You can also call +1 833-605-4900 or write to contact@practitionfinance.com with the subject do not sell or share, and include the email or phone you used. Global Privacy Control signals from your browser are honored automatically.
An opt-out takes effect within 15 business days. Opting out means we cannot pass your request to a partner, so the request stops there.
