Figures and Sources
Last updated September 11, 2026. Version history
In plain language
Every figure shows how firm it is and the date it was recorded.
Verified means a primary source states the number. Directional means the market reports a range.
Tell us when a number is stale and we date the correction on the page.
1. Verified
A Verified figure comes from a primary source that states the number: an agency publication, a filed schedule, statute text, or a lender's own published terms. The source and its date are on the page.
2. Directional
A Directional figure is a range the market reports rather than a number a single authority publishes. It shows how a program is commonly priced or timed, and it is not a quote.
3. Refresh cadence
Figures are rechecked on this schedule:
- Prime rate and SBA debenture pricing: monthly.
- SBA fees: each October, when the fiscal year turns.
- Section 179 and bonus depreciation thresholds: each January.
- CMS items: quarterly.
- Everything else: at each content review.
4. Reporting an error
Write to contact@practitionfinance.com with the page and the figure. Corrections are made on the page with a dated note and logged at /legal/changes.
Disclosures effective September 25, 2026, version 7.
