1. What we are not
Practition Finance is not a bank, lender, direct funder, or investor. It does not make credit decisions and does not fund transactions.
It is not a credit union, an SBA lender, a broker-dealer, an investment adviser, or an insurer. It offers no deposit or insured products.
2. What we are, by state
Practition Finance refers inquiries to funding partners, each of which is the licensed partner of record for anything it offers you. In ${LEAD_GEN_LIST} it operates solely as a lead generation service, and in ${EXCLUDED_LIST} it does not operate. The current position for each state is at /legal/licenses-and-registrations.
3. No affiliation
Practition Finance is not affiliated with the SBA, CMS, any state agency, or any lender, except where a company is disclosed as a funding partner at /legal/partners.
4. Program names
Program names on this site describe categories of financing the market uses. They are not products offered by Practition Finance.
