SMS Program Terms

The program is called Practition Finance Alerts. It sends messages about a financing request you started, including document checklists and status updates. Replies to your texts may come from Perry, our AI assistant.

You give prior express written consent by checking the unchecked consent box on a form on this site, by texting us first, or by asking us on a recorded call to text you. The wording you agreed to, its version, the timestamp, and the IP address are stored with your record.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can start or continue a request by phone or email and never receive a text.

Message frequency varies with the stage of your request. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

The program is registered with the carriers under A2P 10DLC by JayBen, LLC. The registered campaign covers request updates and financing follow-up only, and messages identify Practition Finance in the body.

Reply STOP to end messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact contact@practitionfinance.com or +1 833-605-4900.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery timing depends on your carrier and is outside our control.

We serve healthcare businesses, not patients. Do not send patient names, records, or any protected health information. Practition Finance is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate, and anything you send us is handled as business information under this policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
