State Notices
Last updated September 11, 2026. Version history
In plain language
Our role changes by state, and so does what we can offer.
Required transaction disclosures come from the funding partner at the offer stage, not from this site.
We do not operate in North Dakota.
1. Disclosure block
Practition Finance is an independent business financing referral service. We are not a bank, lender, direct funder, or investor, we do not make credit decisions, and we do not fund transactions, quote rates or terms, compare or rank offers, or negotiate for your practice. We publish financing information for US healthcare practices and healthcare businesses, dental, medical, veterinary, and aesthetic practices, therapy and behavioral health providers, home health and hospice agencies, medical staffing firms, DME suppliers, labs and imaging centers, pharmacies, and surgery centers, and we refer inquiries to our funding partners, one or more of whom may contact you, who are direct funders and brokers. Each partner is the licensed partner of record for anything it offers you and communicates every offer, rate, term, and state disclosure to you directly. Funding partners pay us a referral fee on funded or activated referred accounts. You pay us nothing: no origination, arrangement, consulting, or advance fees. A referral does not create a brokerage, advisory, agency, or fiduciary relationship.
Program availability varies by state. Merchant cash advance and other revenue-based financing structures are not offered to businesses in Texas, Virginia, and Connecticut.
In California and Missouri, Practition Finance does not broker, arrange, or negotiate financing. In those states we operate solely as a lead generation service: we transfer your inquiry to independent funding partners for a fixed fee, and those partners, not Practition Finance, contact you, take your application, and arrange any financing.
Practition Finance does not currently offer services to businesses in North Dakota.
